By default, an optimal blend of panels is automatically selected for your target group. You have the possibility to manually select panels.
To set this up, go to the Audience pane and select the option "Insight Exchange", this will give you access to the panels and push-suppliers available for your target group.
Available panels
The available panels are displayed in a list. If not marked with the Push label, they are invitation based (1). This means that email invitations are sent to panelists to take part in a certain project.
Push Supply panels
Push is a Cint proprietary term that refers to panels not fully integrated into Insight Exchange but connected through API. Those panels are marked with a label (2). Push is not 'river' sample.
Push supply feasibility is estimated based on all the other panels you or the system selected. You can order projects with pure Push supply but also combined with regular panels.
Locked panels
Panels marked with a padlock (3) are locked and require Cint to obtain permission to run your study on their panelists crowd. If the panel owners decline, then those completes will not be possible to obtain.
Temporarily unavailable panels
Panels marked with the decline sign (4) is not compatible with your current target group setup and cannot be used in the study. As an example, your study might be too long for what the panel owner has decided to allow.
Feasibility of individual panels vs total feasibility
When estimating feasible number of completes, per panel, the system considers each panelist. When doing feasibility for the whole target group, the system will remove duplicates. So, if a panelist is registered in at least two panels, that panelist will be counted in each of these panel's individual feasibility but counted only once as viable for the whole target group. When panelists are registered in multiple panels or when using Push Suppliers, the sum of individual panels' feasible number of completes can differ from the total target group feasibility, due to the removal of duplicates but also due to how Push Supply feasibility is calculated.
Panel specific profiling
If you want to use panel specific profiling, select the panel and go back to the profiling pane. There, you can enable to see the panel specific profiling.
