Access is connected to a variety of panels, most of them are open to always accept studies if the surveys match industry standards and Cint's regulations.
Some panels are locked, meaning that the panel owner will want to review each study before letting it through to their respondents. Access does not automatically select locked panels for you.
If you decide to launch a project where locked panels are used, Cint will contact the panel owners of the locked panels and get back to you with the timeline. Not all panel owners might accept the project, and some may request that you make changes to your study. Either way Cint will keep you informed through the process.
Your project will be in status “Pending” while Cint checks the viability, but the project will be launched with the available panels while we collect the locked panels owners’ consent.
A target group that contains locked panels is highlighted in the sidebar with an R symbol, which stands for "Requested completes". Once Cint received approval from the panel owner(s), the project will be activated, and the symbol will disappear.
