Ad Hoc Supply is a feature of Access Pro that allows sample suppliers external to the Cint platform (like you) to provide panelists to projects running within the Cint platform.
Negotiate project feasibility and price with Access Pro
Once a Cint Access Pro customer decides to run their project with you, they will contact you to discuss feasibility and pricing and give you access to the 'Supply Monitor'; the control center where you will be handling and following the entire Ad Hoc Supply process.
The 'Supply Monitor' consists of three parts: Setup, Test, Progress
Setup
Here you will be requested to:
- Paste your sample's Redirect Links (to the end pages for respondents that Complete, Screenout, Quota Full). The Quality Terminate link is optional. If you do not have a Quality Terminate link, then respondents terminated due to quality reasons will be directed to Screenout end page. If you have any parameters in the link, the system will ask you to indicate how they change (never, for each project or for each respondent in the project) .
- Select a sample Redirect Method
- Indicate how the Dynamic Values change, if ever (Respondent ID changes and Respondent ID placeholders)
Test
Here you will be able to run tests on all of the links you just pasted in first pane (Setup). When running the test you will be sent to the pre-screening survey questions that your panelists will see when starting the real survey. We recommend you test all respondent scenarios.
Click on 'Run Test' to get redirected to a test session for candidate respondent. You can find the test candidate respondent entry URL on the 'Supplier Monitor'
Note, the browser might block the pop-up, if so then select to allow pop-ups from the Supplier Monitor
As you proceed through the testing, the 'Supplier Monitor' will be showing the different statuses and the respective end pages links. Refresh the test section to see the latest status changes.
If during testing you receive error "Test Link Pool is empty" it means the Access Pro user has added unique survey test links and they ran out. You need more test survey links to continue testing. Ask your Access Pro customer to upload more survey test links.
After you have tested, check whether the test respondent statuses in the Supplier Monitor correlate with what you see in your system. If every thing looks correct, click 'Finish Setup'.
Choose if you want to save the current settings for future projects or just ignore it by selecting 'not now'.
Once setup and testing is done, your client (who ordered the project) will see that the redirect links have been set up and that the project is ready to start. Inform your Access Pro customer when you are ready to start sending respondents in and agree on when to start.
Progress
On this page you'll find the Live Entry URL, to which you should direct your respondents. You will be able to follow the progress of the study once it has begun.
Once the project is closed you can download the report from Supplier Monitor
