Do you want to run a study where you invite specific panelists, to recontact them? Then you will need their Panelist IDs or Cint Respondent GUIDs. You can collect these from your survey tool, from Connect, from Engage or ask our Support for assistance.
Once you have the Panelist IDs/Respondent GUIDs, make sure to select the ones you want to invite. Then start by setting up the project to fit your needs.
Expand the Audience pane and select the source of the panelists: Insight Exchange, Private pricing or My panels. In the next view you can import the list of panelist IDs by uploading a csv-file (1). The file format should adhere to the template that can be downloaded next to the button (2). Once a file is uploaded, the number of matched panelists available for invite is presented for each panel.
Respondents from Connect
If you are using the Cint product Connect you have the possibility to upload Ids downloaded from Connect by selecting the corresponding option in the dropdown.
Using specific links
For both Access and Connect panelists we support including a link for each panelist o be used for the invite. Follow the template that can be downloaded to include the links in the correct format.
Once saved, the system will display how many panelists are available for invite, the number of panelists that are unavailable for invite, and the reason for unavailability.
Access Pro Make sure to turn the Optimizer ON, to allow the specific Push supply panelists into your project. This will potentially increase the conversion rate as the Optimizer will find the panelists for you.
Do you want a target group with specific panelists and a second target group where these specific panelists shouldn't be invited?
To achieve this, first invite panelists from the target group with specific panelists. Then sample on the target group without any specific panelists. This will ensure there are no duplicates between the target groups.
Tip: If you are inviting panelists with unique links from more than 1 project, you should create a separate Target Group for IDs from each.
