Custom Quota Presets (Access Pro)

Quota presets are now customizable and can be created for any type of quota, such as: age, gender, region and profiling questions.

Users can only create a custom preset if they are in a Project Lead role (this is the same rule as setting suspension limits).

When creating a custom preset, please note that the presets are tightly bound to a single country. There are no presets that will be available for all countries. For example, if you create a target group for the USA, only presets available for the USA will be displayed.

Creating a custom preset

To create a custom preset, set up your custom quota distribution and click on the “Save preset” button.

After you have saved the preset a popup window will appear.

Type in the preset name, adjust the setup if needed and click on the “Save” button.
Note that presets are always saved as a percentage.

Loading a custom preset

To load a custom preset, click on the arrow next to the “Custom” button, or “Load quota preset” button, if you are loading a preset for profiling.

You will then see a popup window with all available presets listed.

They can be filtered by name, profiling question (only for profiling presets) or availability (Company or Global).

To use a preset, click on the “Apply” button.

Note:

•  When using age presets, the age limits in basic settings will be changed to match the preset.

• When using regions and profiling presets, the corresponding regions and profiling attributes will be automatically added to your target group setup.

Deleting a custom preset

Users who are in a Project Lead role can also delete presets by clicking on the trash can icon
and confirming they want to delete the quota preset.
