To schedule reminders, please make sure to check the box as indicated via the orange arrow on the below diagram. Once ticked, the box will auto populate to '2 days'. You can adjust as needed, then hit save.
When you schedule to send out email invitations to the study (sample), a reminder is set to be sent 2 days after the initial email invitation. The reminder is only sent if the respondent has not interacted with the study, such as answering or declining it.
When you schedule the send out, you can decide to not send a reminder at all, or to send it after a specific amount of days instead of the default 2 days.
You can also change when the reminder should be sent out, or cancel it, from the Manage Sendouts view.
