When your Wanted number of completes(no.1 in the screenshot) is higher than Feasible completes(no.2) there still is a chance all your completes will be delivered, with the help of the Optimizer and Push Suppliers, but we cannot guarantee it.
The system will try to collect all Wanted completes and it will show you the initially Feasible on the TG Overview.
Here are a couple of tips you could also try to improve the amount of panelists that qualify for your study.
Prolonging the field period
From Basic Settings, the system allows for up to 30 days field period per Target Group.
Allowing the TG to receive more types of panelists
Removing some of the profiling point and lowering the IR would result in inviting more panelists but it could potentially give you access to panelists that just haven't fill in those profiling points you wanted initially. More tips on profiling here
Feasibility issues when setting up quotas
The target group total wanted completes must be distributed among the set quotas. The sum of each quota group's Wanted must add up to the total wanted completes of the TG.
Census quotas? When Wanted>Feasible, if the system cannot deliver all completes, the census representative won't be fulfilled. If the census spread is very important, we recommend you lower the amount of Wanted completes closer to the Feasible numbers (no.3)
Feasibility with locked panels
When you choose to include locked panels, you get might get access to more sample. However it's up to the panel owners of the locked panels to approve your study.
