Access is connected to a variety of panels, most of them are open to always accept studies as long as the surveys match industry standards and Cint's regulations.
Some panels are locked, meaning that the panel owner will want to review each study before letting it through to their respondents.
Access does not automatically select locked panels for you.
If you decide to launch your project where locked panels are used, Cint will contact the panel owners of the locked panels and get back to you on the timeline. Not all panel owners might accept the project and some may request that you make changes to your study. Either way Cint will keep you informed through the process.
Your project will be in status “Pending” while Cint checks it’s viability, but the project will be launched on the available panels while we collect the locked panels owners consent.
The system will alert you when insufficient sample is available (not enough sample coming from the open panels). If this occurs you have the option to extend your feasibility, by including locked panels.
A project where at least one target group contains locked panels, is highlighted on the dashboard with the R symbol, which stands for "Requested completes". Once Cint received approval from the panel owner(s), the project will be activated and the symbol will disappear.
