If there's any discrepancy between your survey tool's respondent statistics and Access Pro then you have to update the respondent statuses before closing a project, so that we correctly reward respondents and panel owners.
Click on Actions > Update Respondents Statuses (no.1 and 2 in the screenshot below)
Prepare the data in two columns, first column the URL/respondent code and second column the new respondent status. The respondent status has to be a number. 3 is an 'Early screenout', 5 is a 'Complete' and 6 is a 'Quota Full'.
You'll copy-paste the URL/respondents code and new status into Access Pro, separated by either a space, a comma or a semicolon. Do not use any other separators.
You can change a respondent’s status to 'Complete', 'Early screenout' and 'Quota Full', without being able to change 'Early Screenout' to any other status than 'Complete'.
You cannot change respondent status of 'Complete' to anything else without Cint assistance, please contact our team for that.
Here’s an example where updating respondents statuses is done using respondents URL, setting them to status 5 ("Complete") and status 3 (“Early screenout”) and one space as a separator between the URL and the new respondent status
Once you have updated the respondents statuses and you are sure you have completed the project, you should close it.
Troubleshooting update respondents statuses
Error message that "Something went wrong"
Potential cause : you used a separator that is not allowed. Access Pro allows one space, a comma or a semicolon between the URL/code and the new respondent status. So the following example where both TAB and one space has been used will not be accepted by Access Pro. In this case you have to replace all TABs with one space and try again.
