Access and Access Pro landing page gives the user an overview of their project list and allows them to access certain elements of the project, such as downloading the background data report or directly accessing the management and monitoring tool. You can also create new projects, navigate to Knowledge Base & chat with support from here.
All your active, closed, and draft projects created in Access or Pro are listed on the project list. You can also filter and sort projects on the project list.
If your company is allowing users to see each other's projects and drafts, then the project list will be populated with all your coworker's projects but you will also have the option to filter and only see your own projects.
From global navigation, you can access:
- Project list
- Learn (knowledge base)
- Create a new project
- User menu (products, accounts, log out)
With filtering, you can search for projects by:
- Project Name or ID
- From and To start dates
- All company or your projects
With sorting, you can search for projects in ascending or descending order:
- Name
- Date
- ID
You can also access specific projects core elements directly from the project list, which are:
- view project (project overview)
- management and monitoring (only Access Pro)
- download background data report
