Setting up tracking study in Access

Start by creating a regular project in Access. 

Create a target group for each tracker wave and time schedule these accordingly. Please make sure that you select the start date based on the weeks/waves you want the fieldwork to start. You can order a project no longer than 2 months, where each target group is maximum 30 days long.

Also we recommend naming your target groups, as this will help keep track of them. 

 

This target group is now labelled as Week 1. To set up next week wave, hover your mouse again over the Week 1 target group you have created and it will give you the option to duplicate. Once you click duplicate the system will automatically create a new target group and give it a proper name.

Now please make sure you change the specs of Week 2 based on your specifications for your week 2 in field. If it has the same specifications as the below list you have to change only the start date as this is always a must to change. Please make sure you check and change the following depending on the weeks you have.

• Start date
• Number of complete
• LOI
• IR
• Country/market
• Gender/age
• Profiling questions

You can create up to 50 target groups by repeating the same process mentioned before, e.g. duplicate the last created target group and change the start date for each week.

When you created all the waves/weeks that you need to run, click Create project button and continue as you would with any other Access project.

Please note that sample is not booked when ordering a project. Sample is booked when respondents are invited to the project.
