Template File Trouble Shooting

It can happen that the template file looks something like this when you open it:

 

All the data is in one column. This is caused by your computer settings and needs to be fixed.

1. Select column A in your Excel sheet and go to Data. Click on “Text to columns”

2. The Convert text columns wizard will open and you follow the steps below:

Select what delimiter is used in your file (in this example it’s semicolon but it can also be comma):

The data will be separated into two columns and you can add your survey links into the file.
