Last step before ordering the project, where you can:
- Fill in your project's name.
- If your company uses PO or job numbers, you can add that in and it will show on your invoice.
- Fill in your contact name and e-mail address. This e-mail address will be used by the Customer Success team to contact you after they have received your project order.
As additional ease in managing your projects, this area will give you optional functionality to add additional contact emails. If you have multiple individuals that will be handling a project, or you want multiple eyes on one project, in particular, feel free to click the ‘+’ as many times needed, entering a new e-mail address in each field that populates.
- You’re also able to change the contact name and e-mail addresses during the project update activity as well.
- Add survey links for each of your target groups by clicking the Add button.
- If you don't have the survey links now, click Add later so you can proceed.
When the survey links are confirmed, the green checkmark/broken link (to be added later) will be shown and you will be able to replace the survey links if needed by clicking the button again.
- When you click the arrow next to the target group's name, you'll get summary of the target group's specifications, so that you can check them before running the project (placing your project order).
You will be shown options to copy the project redirects, simply click on the clipboard icon next to each link.
As soon as all the mandatory information is filled in here correctly, the 'Run project' button will become available.
- When you have added survey links to all your target groups (or you’ve chosen to ‘add later’), you need to agree with Cint's terms and conditions in order to be able to run your project.
- If you are collecting RII (Respondent Identifiable Information) you will be prompted to agree to an Addendum.
