Projects outside IR/LOI country limits

Based on international standards and on experience, Cint has implemented rules for minimum and maximum allowed length of interview (LOI) and incidence rate (IR). These are called country rules.

Projects can be created only if they meet the minimum IR and the maximum LOI for each country.

If, during project field work, your current study falls outside these rules, then Access will inform you and you will not be able to continue this project. We recommend to contact your Cint Sales Representative and they will assist. 

If your study is too long, perhaps it's possible to shorten it. Or if your IR is too small then perhaps you could relax the profiling targeting.
